Terms of Use
Last updated 7 November 2026. Daisy is owned and operated by Nyyon.
Who is behind Daisy
Daisy is owned and operated by Nyyon, the brand of Saragus Partners LTD, a company registered in Israel, Ariel Sharon 4, Givatayim, Israel. By using this website or chatting with Daisy from it, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
What Daisy is
Daisy is an AI assistant for property management teams. She reads the messages and files she is given, keeps track of jobs and money, and answers questions. She does not fix, inspect, approve or decide anything.
Daisy joins WhatsApp through a regular WhatsApp account, not the official WhatsApp business service. WhatsApp can restrict or log out an account like this, and Daisy may be unavailable until we reconnect her.
Use at your own judgment
Daisy's answers are generated by AI and can be incomplete or wrong. Check the source she shows when it matters. Nothing Daisy says is legal, financial, tax, insurance, engineering or safety advice. Do not use her in an emergency. Call the right emergency or professional service.
Trying Daisy from this site
Chatting with Daisy from this website is a way to see how she answers. It is not a service agreement and it does not make you a customer. Do not send confidential, sensitive or third party personal information in it. A paid or trial service for your business starts only under a written agreement with us, and that agreement wins if it conflicts with these terms.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site or Daisy: no attempts to break, overload, scrape or reverse engineer them, no unlawful, abusive or deceptive use, and no messages that infringe anyone's rights. We may block access if you do.
Our content
The site, the Daisy name and the design belong to us or our licensors. Example conversations, dashboards and people shown on the site are illustrative, use made up data and are not real customers, unless we say otherwise.
No warranty
The site and Daisy are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty that they are accurate, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or the trial chat, and our total liability for anything arising from them is limited to NIS 500. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, and the courts of Tel Aviv have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to use your local courts.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms, and the date at the top shows the latest version. Questions: lev@nyyon.com.
