A quarterback doesn’t fix the boiler or collect the rent. She knows where every player is, calls the next play and keeps the drive moving. That is Daisy’s job. Your crew still does the work. Daisy makes sure it never stalls between people.

One job, done in the chat you already use.

• Remembers every job. Each repair, rent issue and lease has a story: who said what, when, and what happened next. Ask about any unit and she tells you.
• Finds any photo, video or document. Ask “did we fix the leak at 14 Pine?” and she answers with the picture, not a guess.
• Knows whose move it is. Every open item sits with you, the vendor, the tenant or the owner. Nothing waits on someone who doesn’t know it is waiting.
• Keeps the money straight. She reads the invoices and bills your team posts and keeps a running list of what is owed, to whom and by when.
• Nudges at the right time. She reminds people of due bills, chases items open too long, and asks the right person in a private message instead of crowding the group.
• Understands how your team talks. Voice notes, photos, screenshots and shorthand addresses. She transcribes, reads and matches them to the right property.

She learns your business from the chat itself.

1. Add Daisy to the group. She listens and builds her universe, asking the admin for your past messages. Then she engages with members to fill the holes she might have.
2. Review what she learned. You look over the map of your properties, people, jobs and money, and correct anything that is off. She keeps adjusting.
3. She goes to work. Your team keeps working as usual and talks to her when they need her. We keep her running.

Questions

Is this software my team has to learn?

No. Daisy is a service, not a program you log into. We set her up and run her, and your team keeps using WhatsApp, talking to her the way they talk to each other.

Who runs her?

We do. We build her, host her, watch how she is doing and fix what needs fixing. If WhatsApp logs her out, we reconnect her. You install and maintain nothing.

What if she gets something wrong?

Every fact shows its source and has a Correct button. Tell her in the chat or fix it in her record, and the correction sticks.

Does she replace anyone on my team?

No. She does not fix, inspect or decide anything. She keeps people connected so fewer things fall between them.

What does she connect to?

Today she reads your WhatsApp group, the documents and photos in it, and files you share. Other tools, like rent software or email, are connected case by case. Some systems have no official way in, and we tell you that up front.

Is my data private?

Your company gets its own Daisy, and your data is kept apart from other companies. She is set up not to repeat card numbers or logins back in the chat. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and who processes it.

Is she on the official WhatsApp business service?

No. Daisy joins through a regular WhatsApp number. WhatsApp now and then logs such a number out, and we reconnect her when it happens. We tell you this up front.

Can she message tenants and vendors?

She answers the people who message her, in the group or privately, and asks the right person for what is missing. Who she may contact is set with you.

What does it cost?

The first 7 days are a pilot with no fee. If you keep her, there is a one time setup and a flat monthly service fee, quoted for your team on the first call.
