Who we are

Daisy is owned and operated by Nyyon, the brand of Saragus Partners LTD, a company registered in Israel, Ariel Sharon 4, Givatayim, Israel ("Nyyon", "we", "us"). This policy covers this website (aidaisy.app) and the conversations you start with Daisy on WhatsApp from it. Contact: lev@nyyon.com.

If you are a business that uses Daisy in your own team chat, your use is covered by your written agreement with us, and we handle your team data for you under that agreement. This policy does not replace it.

What we collect on this website

We count visits so we can see which pages help people. When you open this site, a small script records: the pages you view, the page you came from, campaign tags in the link (such as utm_source), your browser, operating system and device type, how far you scroll, which buttons and links you click (including "Talk to Daisy"), and your IP address.

To tell one visit from the next we set two cookies: an anonymous random ID that lasts up to one year, and a session ID that lasts one day. They do not contain your name or email and we do not use them for advertising. We do not sell this data and we do not run advertising trackers.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, the script does not run. You can also choose Decline in the notice at the bottom of the page, or clear the cookies at any time. In some regions, including Europe and the UK, the script waits until you choose Accept.

When you click "Talk to Daisy", the WhatsApp message we prefill ends with a short reference code, for example (ref K7F3QX). If you send it, the code lets us connect your chat to the visit that started it, so we can see which pages lead people to Daisy. You can delete the code from the message before sending, and the chat works the same without it.

Our host, Cloudflare, processes connection data (such as your IP address) to deliver and protect the site.

What we collect when you message Daisy

The "Talk to Daisy" button opens a WhatsApp chat with Daisy. If you send a message we receive your WhatsApp phone number, the name on your profile, your messages and any files or voice notes you send. We use them to reply to you, to understand how Daisy performs and to improve her.

Daisy is an AI. Her answers can be wrong. Please do not send card numbers, passwords, government ID numbers or other sensitive details in the chat.

WhatsApp is run by Meta and has its own terms and privacy policy. We do not control how WhatsApp handles messages on its side.

What we use it for

To reply to you, to measure and improve this website and Daisy, to keep the service secure, and to meet legal obligations. Where the law asks for a legal basis, it is our legitimate interest in running and improving the service, and your consent where we ask for it (for example the cookie choice above).

Who we share it with

Service providers who help us run Daisy: Cloudflare (hosting, storage and delivery), WhatsApp (the messaging channel) and AI model providers that generate Daisy's answers. They process data for us and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes beyond what their terms allow. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our rights.

Where it is processed

We are based in Israel. Our providers process data in several countries, including the United States and the European Union. When data leaves your country we rely on the safeguards available to us and our providers.

How long we keep it

We keep website analytics and conversations only as long as they are useful for the purposes above, and delete them when you ask us to, unless we must keep something by law.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for analytics. Email lev@nyyon.com. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.

Security

We use access controls and encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot promise otherwise.

Children

This site and Daisy are for businesses and are not directed at children.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
